Frequently Asked Questions

Concrete Leveling

Why do concrete slabs crack?
Cracks in concrete can happen for a variety of reasons, but exposure to heavy weights, shrinkage, moisture penetration, and a wide range of temperatures are some of the leading causes.

How does concrete leveling work?
We use an environmentally friendly foam that provides a permanent concrete leveling solution. Our team drills small holes into the slab injecting the foam until it expands pushing the slab back into place. Once the slab is level and the foam has curred, the injection holes are patched restoring your concrete to its original location.

How long does the process take?
Usually the entire process takes less than an hour. You can walk, drive and play on the surface immediately.

What concrete slabs can be lifted?
Any solid slab of concrete including foundations, driveways, garages, pool decks and sidewalks.

What are signs you need concrete leveling?
If you have cracks in your foundation, driveway or sidewalk. Indoors, you could see cracked or broken tiles.

Is it expensive to repair concrete slabs?
Demolishing and removing old slabs can be very costly. Concrete leveling is a better alternative and much more economical. Call us for a FREE consultation.
